Who are you?

I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer, trainer for GoodGym Southwark (find out what that is here), marathon runner and triathlon enthusiast. I've always found running therapeutic but after getting injured in 2017 and returning to running from scratch, I discovered that joining mind with body was not only the best way to heal but the best way to make healthy, happy progress.
